Please note that on the PS5 platform, only the PS4 version games are supported, and the PS5 version games are unsupported. If used on the Switch Lite host, you need to purchase an OTG converter to connect. The adapter is only compatible with official controllers and does not support third-party authorized or non-authorized controllers. Please upgrade the firmware if your controller is an Xbox Elite Series 2, which could not work normally. However, please do not upgrade the firmware if your controller is NOT an Xbox Elite Series 2. (The firmware installation instructions can be found and downloaded from the product page.)
The controllers supported include Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X|S, Xbox Elite Series 2, Switch Pro, DualSense (PS5 Controller), DualShock (PS4 Controller), and BIGBIG WON Rainbow Series Controllers. One BIGBIG WON Adapex adapter can connect with one controller only.
The supported platforms are Switch, Windows 10/11, PS4, and PS5 (PS4 version games only, PS5 games are NOT supported). All Xbox consoles are NOT supported, and headphones are NOT supported.
The functions supported include vibration adjustment, joystick calibration, turbo setting, and gyro. Gyro is supported ONLY when DualSense/DualShock is connecting to a Switch console or when a Switch Pro is connecting to a PS4/PS5 console.
The adapter also supports simulated touchpad for Xbox Series, Xbox One S, Xbox Elite Series 2, and Switch controllers.
Regarding compatibility, the R90 controller adapter is compatible with Xbox Series, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox Elite Series & Elite Series 2, Switch Pro, DualSense (PS5 Controller), DualShock (PS4 Controller), BIGBIG WON ELITIST S controller, and BIGBIG WON RAINBOW controller. However, all Xbox consoles are NOT supported, and PS5 games are NOT supported. Headphones are also NOT supported.
The R90 Wired Game Controller Adapter does not support PS5 games on the PS5 console. It only supports PS4 version games. Additionally, it does not support headphones or headsets.
To ensure a successful connection to the Switch console, make sure to enable the "Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Wired Connection of Pro controller" option.
The package does not include a USB cable, so please ensure that the cable you use is a data cable, not just a charging cable.
